Daily Meals from 4pm to 5pm will be grab and go from the staff in the parking lot. Meals on the weekends will be from 11-12 and grab and go from the parking lot.
Food pantry is still available 2-4 on Tuesday and 10:30-12:00 on Thursday. Items can be ordered by staff person in the parking lot. They will go in, assemble what the person needs and bring to them in the parking lot. Personal essentials will only be available on Tuesday during pantry hours.

River Food Pantry
No hot meals and clothing distribution.
Limiting shoppers inside The River to 25 at a time. We encourage our clients to limit shopping to the Head of Household or one family member only.
Our market hours on Tuesday and Thursday are now extended to 10:00am- 5:00pm. Our market hours on Friday are extended to 2:00pm-7:00pm.
No Senior distribution session on Wednesdays from 11:00am–1:45pm.
We will not be providing rides on Friday market sessions. We will offer MUNCH on Friday market sessions.
We will no longer be accepting donations of clothing or housewares. We still welcome food and hygiene product donations.

Food Pantry Changes Effective Tuesday, March 17
Pre-packaged bags (mostly non-perishable items) will be available for drive-thru or
walk-up distribution in the Ironworks driveway circle.

St Vincent de Paul Food Pantry
Our current food pantry protocols include (as of March 16, 2020):
• Food pantry hours remain unchanged
• Food pantry clients no longer allowed into the building to shop
• Food packed in boxes, provided in the pantry lot, and typically loaded into
• An existing partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin and
other suppliers to ensure we can continue to access food needed for the households
• Vinnys Locker- still operating
• Housing Programs: Port St Vincent and Elizabeth House are still operational
• Charitable Pharmacy still open their normal hours for current patients only
• Vouchers for clothing, homegoods and furniture still available
• Diaper Bank housed at St. Vincent de Paul

Individuals are asked to come alone if possible. There are no restrooms available and wait times could be longer than usual. If others must come along, please make sure the vehicle trunk is empty so that groceries may be loaded and social distancing requirements can be observed.
If anyone in the household is unwell, send someone else to pick up food. Call us at 608-848-2499 and provide the name of the person coming to get your food at least 30 minutes before they arrive.
Intake Procedure during pandemic: Remain in your vehicle at all times. The volunteer will ask for ID (and proof of address if you are new to BPNN pantry services). Other questions to help us fill your order will also be asked.
Intake Requirements / Documents Required: ID for head of household. If new or have not used the BPNN food pantry in the past 12 months, bring proof of current address such as a bill received in your name dated within the past 60 days. We will ask the individual to self-report whether household income is over or under the TEFAP requirement - no documentation of income is required). We will create a household account in the name of the head of household.
Eligibility: For the duration of the pandemic and while we are distributing curbside, if you are hungry in Dane County, you may come to BPNN for food. Our regular service area will take effect once curbside distribution is no longer necessary.
Community Meal: The free community meal served on the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month is canceled until further notice.
